The Notice provides specific information on our processing connected to the pilot of the new Fitness Squads Pilot Program related to the app (“Pilot Program”).
We process the following categories of personal data for the purposes of the Pilot Program.

To oversee the rollout of the Pilot Program, and to carry out research and development activities over the Pilot Program.||The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) to improve our products and services.||Identification and contact information such as social media handle (e.g., Facebook username) used to interact with your peers and your personal trainer (“trainer”); conversations within your Fitness Squad on Facebook Messenger, usage information indicating how you interacted within the Pilot Program.|
We do not want, nor expect you to share, any health-related data, or other sensitive information for the purposes of the Pilot Program. However, if you incidentally do so when interacting with other users or the trainer, you acknowledge you are freely consenting to disclose this information. We will not process any such data for the purposes indicated above under Section 1.b) above.
We will keep your data for the limited duration of the Pilot Program, and for up to 3 months thereafter, in order to carry out the R&D activities mentioned above under Section 1.b).
It is necessary that you provide your personal data for the purposes referred to in Section 1.a). If you do not provide the personal data, you will not be able to be onboarded to the Pilot Program.
We might share some of your personal data with the trainers taking part to the Pilot Programs for the purposes indicated under Section 1.a) above. The trainers will process your data as autonomous data controllers.
