Breakfast is an important meal of the day. Depending upon what you eat for breakfast can set the tone for the rest of the day. It can mean having more energy, being able to focus better and being less hungry throughout the day. However, if you opt to not eat a healthy breakfast you may find yourself eating more calories throughout the day, no energy and generally in a bad idea.
We understand that having time for breakfast is often not on your list. You may feel like sleeping in an extra half hour is better than fixing breakfast. However, what if you had some quick and easy breakfast ideas to choose from? Then you may find that eating breakfast is easier than ever.

Slice your apples so that they are more like break slices. In a separate bowl combine almond butter and granola, and mix. Then slap this onto an apple slice and top with another apple/

Fix an egg how you like, we like a fried egg with no oil. Then place this onto the tortilla with some of the spinach leaves. Roll this up and you have a meal on the go that was super easy to fix. You can doctor this up with some cheese, adding in bacon, ham or other ingredients.
This is a breakfast idea that works well with oatmeal muffins that are made the night before. Find your favorite muffin mix or make these from scratch. The next morning, grab some peanut butter and coat the muffin in this and add a slice or two of banana on the top. It is an easy meal that the entire family will like, especially if they like sweet things.
Whip up your favorite pancake recipe and instead of making these into pancakes, place the batter into the muffin tins. You can then put some fruit on the top and bake these. You will want to bake for around 15 minutes at 350. However, remember that the oven you have will make a difference, as well as what type of muffin tin that you are using. These will be great for grabbing and eating on the go.
