Can I pause my subscription and unpause it later?

Unfortunately not. There’s no way to pause a subscription without canceling it. To cancel your subscription, simply follow these instructions from Apple. We, of course, welcome you back anytime!

To avoid losing your progress, be sure not to uninstall the app. If you uninstall it, you’ll lose all your progress.


Can I try the app for free?

Yes, absolutely! We offer a free trial, which gives you complete access and functionality for a few days at no cost.

Be sure to cancel your subscription before the end of your free trial to avoid being charged, if you don’t want to start a full subscription. To do so, simply follow the steps at the following question: I no longer want to pay for this app. How do I cancel my subscription?


How can I pause push notifications?

Simply do the following:

  • Open your device settings
  • Select Notifications
  • Tap the name of the app
  • Adjust the notifications as preferred

How do I change the day of a workout within my weekly plan?

Simply follow these steps:

  • Go to the Plan section of the app
  • Tap the circle with three dots icon of the workout whose day you want to change
  • Tap Reschedule to Another Day
  • When you see an icon on the right, drag the workout to the desired day with your finger
  • Confirm by tapping the green check icon

How do I request a refund?

We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with our app. To request a refund, you need to go to this page and log in with your Apple ID. To learn more, please go here.

Please be aware that we can’t do this on your behalf. Apple manages your subscriptions and payments, and is thus responsible for refunds. You need to follow the above process.


I need to change the app’s language. How do I do so?

Where possible, the app automatically uses the same language as your smartphone. Where that’s not possible, it defaults to English. To change your device language or that of the app, follow these steps:

  • Open your device settings
  • Select 30 Day Fitness
  • Tap Language, then select your preferred option

This app supports English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish. If you’d like to see a different language supported, please contact us and let us know!


I no longer want to pay for this app. How do I cancel my subscription?


If you use a recent version of iOS (12.1.4 or above), follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  • Open the App Store and select the app
  • Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner
  • Tap Manage Subscriptions
  • Tap the subscription you intend to cancel


If you use an older version of iOS (12.1.4 or below), follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  • First, go to your phone settings, then iTunes & App Store
  • At the top of the screen, find your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Tap the subscription you intend to cancel

Please be aware that we can’t cancel or modify a subscription on your behalf. Apple manages your subscriptions and payments. Therefore, any changes you wish to make must be done so in the manner described above.


I signed up for your email communications. How do I stop receiving them?

It’s simple to unsubscribe. Scroll to the bottom of an email from us and tap Unsubscribe. You’ll get an immediate confirmation.


I want to change the exercises in a workout. How do I do this?

Simply follow these instructions:

  • Select the workout and note the list of exercises that appears on the bottom of the page
  • Tap the three-dot icon on the right side of the exercise you’d like to change
  • Select a replacement from the list of similar alternative exercises

I’m confused. The App Store page says the app is free but it offers in-app purchases. Can you explain this to me?

As stated on the App Store page, our apps are free to download, and they offer in-app purchases. This is because we believe you should be able to enjoy our apps without limitation for a period before you decide to pay. If we charged for our apps up-front, we wouldn’t be able to offer you this advantage.

We can’t make our apps free forever, as making an app costs a lot of money and time. We believe in making the best possible products, which means investing in top-class research, product design, engineering, and content. We also continue to improve and expand the in-app experience long after launching, to give you a product that gets better and better. That’s why we can’t make it free forever.


My progress seems to have disappeared. What’s happening?

Oh no! Let’s see if we can salvage your progress. Make sure you don’t uninstall the app—doing so makes it impossible to retrieve it.

Please follow these simple steps:

  • Go to the App Store and download the latest version of the app, if you’re not already using it
  • Launch the app and press four fingers for about five seconds on the first screen
  • Tap Upload State Backup Info when it pops up
  • Copy the ID that appears and email it to us on
  • If you see a message saying that there’s no backup to restore, unfortunately we can’t retrieve your progress
