Being in a comfort zone often means that you are being held back. While you may think you are comfortable, you may find yourself wishing for changes yet not really having the nerve to step out of your comfort zone to make these changes. Depending on the issues, this could make your life feel as though it is not as great as it could be. And no one wants to live their life like this. If you are one that rarely says yes, then pick a goal and say yes to what people ask. If you are asked to come out after work with coworkers, say yes and follow through on this.
Many people who have comfort zone will have one type of music that they listen to. This can be an easy step. Yes, you may not like it at first, but making this change can make it easier to make changes in other areas of your life. So, next time when driving to work switch the radio to a station that you have never listened to.
Don’t make a sudden change, instead start with small things like saying yes and mixing up your music. These small steps are going to make it easier for you to make larger changes later without feeling out of control.
