For many people, they decide to have a diet that is void of meat for various reasons. Maybe they are against the way that animals are treated, maybe they simply do not like the taste of meat, or maybe they are doing this for the specific diet that they are on. Meatless lasagna is a great dish that the entire family is going to love.

Heat the oven to 350 degree. This mix the ricotta, ½ cup of Parmesan, parsley and oregano. Then get a pan and spread 2 cup of the pasta sauce on the bottom. Top with 4 uncooked noodles. Then spread the cheese mixture over the noodles. Add another 2 cups of pasta sauce onto the top, then another 4 noodles. Repeat this with 2 cups of pasta and another 4 noodles. Then sprinkle the 2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top and top with the remaining sauce and Parmesan topping. Cover and bake for around 30 minutes. Then uncover this and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Top with additional cheese if you so choose.

In a large pan, combine all the ingredients minus the sour cream and cheese. Bring this to a boil, then reduce heat and let this simmer for around 15 minutes. Serve up in bowls with the sour cream and cheese.

Cook the pasta according to the directions, then in the last 2 minutes, add the green beans. Drain this. Then toss together the pasta mixture, tomatoes and vinaigrette. Cover this and chill for a bit, then just before serving, stir in the dill and serve.
