3. Puerh Tea

Puerh Tea, also seen as Pu-Erh Tea, is an earthy and fermented Chinese black tea. It contains caffeine and can give you an energy boost and aid in weight loss. It also helps to cleanse toxins and free radicals from your body.

4. White tea

White tea is minimally processed and has a subtle and light taste. It also contains catechins and other antioxidants that can help your body to release fat.

5. Herbal Tea

Though this is not a specific example of metabolism-boosting tea, herbal tea, in general, can give you a metabolism boost and help with fat loss. Types of herbal tea include: ginger tea, rosehip tea, hibiscus tea, peppermint tea, and rooibos tea.

In addition to incorporating metabolism-boosting tea into your daily routine, you can also boost your metabolism by doing cardio, getting more movement in, getting quality sleep, and using caffeine in moderation.
