Caramel Apple Grapes

  • 1 cup of caramel bits
  • 2 tbsp of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of salted peanuts or cashews, crushed fine
  • Toothpicks

Poke a toothpick into each of the grapes and set aside. On medium-low heat, combine the caramel and heavy cream. Stir until melted, then keep this warm. Dip the grapes into the caramel mixture, and then into the crushed nuts. Then place on a plate. Repeat this until all the grapes have been done.

Vegan Spinach Dip

  • 400 grams of soft tofu
  • 100 grams of cashew nuts – soak these in ¾ cup of water overnight then drain before starting this recipe
  • 25 grams of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 260 grams of spinach
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 100 grams of diced water chestnuts
  • paprika for seasoning

Add the tofu, soaked cashews, yeast, vinegar and salt into a bowl with a high speed blender. Form a smooth puree of these products. Wash the spinach and chop off the roots if needed.
