How to Do the Superman Exercise

All you need to do is lie flat on the floor on your stomach, fully extend your arms and then lift up both your arms and legs towards the ceiling at the same time - holding this movement for around 5 seconds before lowering them back down to the ground. To make the movement easier, you could choose to lift up an alternate arm and leg one at a time. As you become more advanced, you can increase the amount of time you perform each rep. However, ensure that your core remains stable and you don’t lock out your limbs. This can help you to perform the movement correctly and avoid injury at the same time.
