Those who try to walk 20,000 steps a day, don’t be surprised if it takes you a few tries to realize just how far this is. You may find it more helpful to start with smaller goals and work your way up to 20,000 steps per day if you don’t want to find yourself making laps around your home before midnight to reach this goal. Once you get the hang of this, you will find it easier than ever to reach your step count goal each day.
