Types of Belly Fat and How to Get Rid of It

There are several different types of belly fat that is going to affect you. These types of belly fat are:

1: Bloated belly

A bloated belly is often a sign of a digestive disorder that also causes the belly to bloat appearing as though you are suffering with excess fat. This problem is easily solved by following a better diet. You need to balance your diet and supplement to help with regulating digestion and eliminating any of those foods that are the culprits for making you feel this way.

2: Subcutaneous Fat

This is the fat that accumulates below the skin and is generally seen in the waist, thighs and hips. It is the most common kind that people are dealing with. The best way to get rid of this is to exercise. You need to do exercises that are going to help flatten the stomach!

3: Low Belly Fat

This is a combination of living a sedentary lifestyle and having digestive issues as well. To combat this, you are going to want to exercise to help build up the strength of the abs, while also controlling your digestive health through avoiding flour, sugar and sugary drinks.

4: Punctured Tire Belly Fat

With this type of belly fat, you will notice a bulge and a dip into the belly button, hence the look of it being like a sagging tire. To fix this, you need to go on a strict diet that is going to eliminate fried foods, sugar, alcohol, sodas and also watch your portion size. You will need to add in some moderate exercise to help as well.

This type of fat is the most dangerous as it takes up the spaces between the abdominal organs. You need to make sure that you are eating a balanced diet, not skipping meals, limit caffeine, and you also need to add in moderate exercise.
